This is a conclusion. All evidence has been gathered.

Psalm 50:21 These things you have done, and I have been silent; you thought that I was one like yourself. 

This is an inference.

Inferences are likely caused by poor judgment based on incomplete information.

Mark 9:10 So they kept the matter to themselves, questioning what this rising from the dead might mean.

When it comes to things that truly matter will we draw conclusions based on God’s Word or will we be hasty in our judgments?

That question is an inference.
