Simply Put

Psalm 119:130 The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.

This is a new year and I begin my third year in bringing devotionals to the world. I have for the most part shared my experiences and tried to relate my messages out of the Lord dealing with me. It has been brought to my attention that I do not always put things simply. I’ve been with the Lord for a long time and in many ways I have forgotten what it feels like to be lost and needy.

In an effort to correct that method of presenting the Word to the world, especially to my foreign readers who have English as a second language, I seek to simplify my writing. While I do enjoy the deep mysteries in the Word, I would serve more people better if my words were simply put.

Beginning tomorrow I shall endeavor to stay on one topic for a season and place basic information in order to address the issues and not move on until the subject has been thoroughly examined and explained. This will be new for me, so please be patient. Hopefully I will achieve two goals, to be obedient in my calling and to reach a broader audience with greater clarity.

My opening effort will be in how our God communicates with His creation. Any relationship can only be improved by clear communication and the removal of any doubt, fear and ambiguity.

1 Corinthians 13:2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity (love), I am nothing.

Love is my motivation and my desire is to be successful.

  1. Happy New Year……Thank you for your years of faithful ministry.
I continue to pray for you daily, dear brother, and with certainty our Lord will continue to guide you. “Enoch walked with God” and you will too.
