What is the difference between a publication and a proclamation?

It is the same as the difference between the author and the reader.

Hebrews 12:2 looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

I do not have faith in Jesus, His faith is in me.

Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

It was true of Paul and true for all who have accepted Christ into their hearts.
